Sunlight – Ihi Kōmaru, developed at Te Manawa, examines the Sun and light through the many different interactive exhibits and practical activities.

The Education Programme
Guided by our educators, your students will:
experience the Sunlight – Ihi Kōmaru exhibition
explore concepts around the physical properties of light
investigate how mirrors and lenses change the behaviour of light
use their observations of the exhibition to construct a mirror maze.
This programme may be shortened for younger students.
