The Great Museum Egg Hunt

The Great Museum Egg Hunt is over for 2021, but it will be back in 2022.

South Island Giant Moa were huge birds and they laid huge eggs! Moa eggs could weigh up to 4 kg, as much as a cat.

EggHuntWe've hidden between five and 10 moa eggs in the Museum for children to find. Kids who count them all go in the draw to win a fantastic prize.
